1. How to search a products ?
A. You may search by bike models, products name or products categories and it's all located on top of the top banner.


2. How to search by bike models ?

A. There are 2 ways to search by bike model, first is the button located on the top banner named " Bike Model " and the other one located at the right side, just below the shopping cart column.


3. Can we search Faito products manually by keying in the keywords ?
A. Yes, you may search by keywords using our advanced search engine that just on top of the shopping cart column on the right.


4. What is Additional Performance Parts ?
A. Additional Performance Part are those products that also suitable for your bike model that you have search.


5. What is Universal products ?
A. Universal products are those products that suitable for any bike models or other purposes.


6. How to buy products ?
A. After browsing through the products, if you find an item you would like to have, then you shall click 'add to Cart' icon. However, you must register as a member before you place an order (See Member Guide question no. 1). When you have confirmed the item(s) in your shopping cart then you should click 'Checkout' to confirm your purchase. 'Checkout' is important as you need to reserve the product(s) before other purchaser 'Checkout', however you are given 2 days to make payment, otherwise, we will release the product(s) to other customer.


7. How do I Register ?
A. You are required to fill up a Registration Form and upon accepting the agreement, submit to us for verification. A notification will be send via email confirming your registration.


8. What if I forget my Password ?
A. To find your information, click on 'Password Forgotten' link and you will then be taken to a new page in which you can enter your Email Account and your Password will be sent to your email account.

1. Do you do delivery to other country out of Malaysia ?
A. Yes. You will be receiving information on international shipping fees through email.


2. When will I get the product(s) that I ordered ?
A. Once we have received your payment, we will contact you by phone / email / MSN to arrange for the delivery date with you. Usually it takes 5 - 7 working days to deliver to you.


3. How are the products delivered ?
A. We will deliver the products by courier service. Standard shipping takes about 5 - 7 business days to arrive.


4. What happens if I do not receive my product after stipulated delivery time ?

6. Can I still make changes or cancellations once my order is confirmed ?
A. You can make any changes or cancellations you wish within your shopping bag until you confirm your payment. Once your payment has been made and your order confirmation received, it is not possible anymore to make changes or cancellations.


7. How will I know that you have received my order ?
A. Your order will be confirmed immediately on screen and you will also receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.


8. Is my credit card information secure on the Internet ?
A. As we are using the 3rd party online gateway payment system, iPay88, iPay88 is the same Online Payment Gateway System currently provided by many licensed Financial Institution. About Payment Method

1. What's the difference between a Credit Card and a Debit Card ?
A. A credit card is a card that lets a consumer access funds in a credit line set aside for that user. When the purchase is made, and settlement occurs, funds are drawn from the credit line and deposited to the merchant's account. On the other hand, a debit card is a payment card whose funds are withdrawn directly from the cardholder's checking account. With an on-line debit card, the customer must enter a PIN to authorize payment at the time of sale (and the funds are settled through a debit network). In the case of off-line debit cards (generally with Visa or MasterCard logos) the customer signs a receipt, as would be the case in a credit card transaction.
